Helen Kerins
 - Chief Officer

Helen’s employment has mostly been in both in Local Government and NHS. She started off as a YTS office administrator and then went on to have various administration roles throughout her career before ending up as Business Manager of this Federation. Helen was appointed in April 2020 with a remit to develop the Federation to become a provider of support services to Primary Care. Helen has a business development background and has managed many projects in the past. Helen says she couldn’t do her job without the teams she has created and looks forward to developing the Federation further.

Nicola Jones
 - Workforce Support Officer/ PCN Support

Hi I’m Nicola. I Joined the federation April 2021 after taking redundancy from over 20 years in retail banking.

I have predominately been part of the Covid workforce, planning and staffing clinics, recruiting vaccinators/admin staff, co-ordinating care home/housebound patient visits.

More recently I have become involved with some PCN elements of the business and finance.

Working for the federation has vastly enhanced my knowledge within the NHS.

It’s great to work with such a friendly team.

Lauren Price

Hi, I’m Lauren, I started working for the Federation in early 2021 supporting in the vaccination clinics. My main duties were reception, booking in patients and also assisting the vaccinators to document the vaccine after giving. I went to college in the summer of that year doing a Health & Social Care course and I have been with the Federation on placement one day a week since then. I am hoping to be a Nurse or a Paramedic and my time with the Federation is not only developing my skills, but also my knowledge in NHS service providers. I my spare time, I love walking my dog and I am a bit of a movie geek!
