Cat is our PCN Health Inequalities Team – Team Leader. Cat has received this award for:
Being an all round team player, she is fantastic with patients and is always friendly and sets a brilliant example for all, as well as being hugely supportive. She always goes above and beyond not just for her team but other teams too, she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and is on hand to offer guidance to anyone in the office.
